First and MOST IMPORTANT:
In order to be fair to our advertisers
and to ensure quality communication with the webmistress....
YOU MUST BE ABLE TO READ AND WRITE ENGLISH.

deepseaptc is a profit sharing traffic exchange. These means that 90% of the sites profits are returned to the members each month. Please see #4 Payments for how this is done. (Approximately 10% (give or take) of the earnings are used for hosting and site upkeep.)

1. ~*~*~*~deepseaptc User Accounts~*~*~*~

1.1 You may only have one account with your IP address. Attempting to create multiple accounts will result in
deletion of all accounts.

1.2 You are responsible for securing your password. Your password is stored in our database and
encrypted. If your account is found to be hacked, we are not held responsible. You may request
your password via email if you have lost it.

1.3 You may only use one IP to view the available ads within a 24 hour period. Any attempt to view ads in
different IPs will result in a account deletion/banning.

1.4 Your email will not be given out to third parties.

1.5 deepseaptc accounts are non-transferable.

1.6 deepseaptc staff members will not change user information upon request of the user. You must do so in your account preferences.


2. ~*~*~*~Referrals~*~*~*~

2.1 You may have all the referrals in the world if you have the power to do so.

2.2 Each and every one of your referrals must have a unique Paypal/Alertpay email address. If two of the same Paypal/Alertpay email addresses are found, both accounts will be deleted/banned.

2.3 You must not gain referrals by using false information or spam. Doing so will result in a ban.

2.4 There is currently no return policy for inactive referrals.

2.5 A referral will not be able to see nor change who has referred them.


3. ~*~*~*~Cheating Policy~*~*~*~

3.1 If you attempt to hack our system in any way, we will know about it and track it down.

3.2 We log the users who have made hack attempts to our system and make note of it when that user requests payout and that request will be denied.

3.3 We will not email you once we have deleted/banned your account. If you email us asking us why we have deleted/banned you, we will give you an explanation.

3.4 If you have failed the cheat check in an excess of 20 times in any 30 day period, your account will be suspended and all payout requests removed and all earnings deleted.


4. ~*~*~*~deepseaptc Payments~*~*~*~

4.1 All payments are made via AlertPay or Paypal and no other payment method is being used at this time.

4.2 You must manually request for payment to be processed. I can not be held liable if you put in the wrong payment email information.

4.3 Payouts are based on the income that the site makes each month. Account earnings are not actual earnings, they are simply a basis to decide what you've earned, depending upon what the site makes. Once a payout request is made, it will be recalculated based on the current value of a dollar at the time of that payout. All payouts start on the 10th and take roughly two weeks for all payments to be made. Members will not be paid early, it takes time to calculate everyones earnings. The payout rate per click will probably be less then 1 cent per click and it changes each month.

4.4 1/2 of the site earnings go to standard members and 1/2 of the sites earnings go to upgraded members.

4.5 Standard Members calculation of earnings:

(site monthly profit x .5) / (total payment request from standard members) = payout factor

Your payment request is then multiplied by the payout factor to get your payment.

Standard Members should only expect to earn 1 to 2 % of their earning.

4.6 Upgraded Members calculation of earnings:

(site monthly profit x .5) / (total payment request from upgraded members) = payout factor

Your payment request is then multiplied by the payout factor to get your payment.

4.7 All members payment request during a month will be combined into one payment but please try to only do 1 request per month to make it easier for the admin to process.

4.8 If your payment is less than $.75, your payment request will be denied and your earnings

will be returned to your account. If your payment is $.75 to $1.00, then you will receive the min.

payment of $1.00.

5. ~*~*~*~deepseaptc~*~*~*~ Advertisements

5.1 We accept all types of advertisements except websites that contain any malicious material, frame breakers, too many affiliates, adult material, cloaked urls or redirections.

5.2 Members are only allowed to click an advertisement once every 24 hours.

5.3 Any ad that contains the word 'cheat' in the description will be removed or altered. You may not use the word 'cheat' in any form on the site.

5.4 All ads have to be approved before going into rotation and approval is up to admin's discretion.


6. ~*~*~*~Payments to deepseaptc~*~*~*~

6.1 You must only use the links on the website referring to deepseaptc to purchase something from us. In the event that the payment processors 'button' is not working properly, please contact admin for instructions for placing your order.

6.2 All payments are non-refundable.

6.3 Payments made to deepseaptc are also confirmed through your Paypal/Alertpay email.


7. ~*~*~*~Deleted/Suspended/Banned Accounts~*~*~*~

7.1 We have the right to delete/ban your account for any of the reasons stated above without notice or warning.

7.2 All deleted/banned accounts will be confiscated and set back to a 0 balance with 0 referrals.

7.3 Once your account is deleted/banned, you may not re-register with the same account name.

7.4 All accounts inactive for 30 days will be deleted. Accounts can be reinstated if we are contacted within 14 days of deletion, but 7.2 applies.

7.5 Any instance of negative communication with the admin or posting of issues not attempted to be resolved with admin will be deleted/banned.


8. ~*~*~*~Liability~*~*~*~

8.1 We own the right to alter these Terms of Service at any time and also hold the right to cancel our services at any time.

8.2 We will not be held responsible for any user or advertiser. You are all responsible for yourselves.

This Program will not knowingly promote &/or advertise so called Scam/Scheme sites.

Your Information:
Your information is always kept private by this program.
Your user information is never sold or given to a third party.
You must use your own name and maintain a valid email address.
You will login using a username and password.
It is your responsibility to keep this information confidential.
You may change this information anytime in your User Profile.
You are not allowed to create more than 1 account.
Multiple accounts with the same IP address will be considered fraudulent.
No more than 1 account per person and/or IP address is allowed.
This is cause for immediate deletion of your account, and will be done so without notice.
You must be at least 18 years old to join this site.

Referral Shifting By Administration:
If you are found to be using an external referral builder and
cheating or breaking the rules of that program or forum,
ADMIN has the right to move referrals to the proper member's downline.
Referrals and uplines are cleaned and updated/optimized weekly.

Email Requirements:
Any member who does not receive their verification email within 30 minutes
is most likely using an email server that blocks SPAM.
You should use the Contact page if you need help.
If you use an autoresponder, you will be suspended until you fix it.
If your email bounces you will be suspended or deleted, depending on
how many times it has happened and your willingness to fix it.
This is decided at the discretion of the Webmistress.

This site accepts and pays with Paypal and Alertpay ONLY.

False Representing:
We do not tolerate anyone who uses false information to get referrals.
Your NAME must be on your account at this site.
Full Name, first and last, is required and it must match the account
that you are sending and receiving payments with.
Your username is not an acceptable name on your account.
If your name on your site account and your name on your account do not match,
your payout request or purchase will be denied.
There are too many members requesting payout to a PayPal address that does not match their account name.
I cannot be responsible for payments sent to the address you provide to me,
especially if the name does not match your account here.
Your information is secure and will never be shared.

Cheating:
With our tough anti-cheat system, it is extremely difficult to cheat. If someone is caught
cheating or simply attempting to cheat, we have the right to delete all of the user's earnings
and possibly even ban the user from our network.
Cheating would include any of the following:
--Interfering with our system to prevent optimum security and/or reliability.
--Creating any type of emulator, or a program to automate the process of clicking.
--Any malicious act that may, in any way, interfere with our system.

Spam:
We do not believe in spam, and we are very strict on the handling of your information.
The only emails you will receive are periodic emails with information about updates,
specials, contests and issues with the site, and possibly some admin offer
which may included special bonuses.
If you spam the ADMIN or other members you will be suspended the first time.
If you spam again after being reinstated you will be deleted and banned from the site.
Sending emails to admin that are threatening and
contain profanity is cause for immediate deletion.

Delete Your Membership:
You always have the option to cancel your membership at any time.
You can cancel your membership in your profile section.
If you cancel your membership, you will lose any earnings, referrals, and ads.

Advertising Terms:
--The Title for the ad must NOT contain the word CHEAT, in any form.
--The website must not contain pornographic, racist, discriminating, vulgar, illegal, or other
adult materials of any kind.
--You must not advertise any site, program, item, etc... that is a scam. We do not tolerate scams,
and will not advertise for them. If the webmistress checks out your banner, link, etc.... and feels
that it may be a scam, the ad, banner, link etc.... will be deleted without crediting your account.
Your account may also be deleted or suspended at the discretion of the webmistress,
with no refunds on any purchases or payout on earnings.
-- The website must not contain any frame breakers or redirect.
-- The website must be in English.
-- The website must not contain or promote any viruses.
-- The website must not contain ANY prompts such as download dialogs or confirmation alerts.
-- The website must not exceed the 1 popup/popunder limit.
-- The website's single popup/popunder must not open any new windows.
-- The website's single popup/popunder must not break any of the above terms.
If you violate these terms and your ad is deleted, you will receive no credits for this ad.
If you violate these terms and your account is deleted,
you will receive no refunds on purchases and no payouts!

This agreement can change. We have the right to change this agreement without
any prior notice to our members.
Please check these terms OFTEN. If for any reason you do not accept the changes,
you will need to contact us, and your account will be removed.
